Massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues in the body e.g muscles ligaments and tendons. The massage stimulates deep tissue and benefits anyone who exercises or participates in sport, or wants to feel more relaxed and at ease. Your first massage session £45 for 55 minutes, then £38 for 45 minutes thereafter.
