Diane has created her own unique approach to Yoga, having trained with World leading yogis, David Swenson, Shiva Rea and Ana Forrest.
She is a Yoga Sports coach, level IV sports massage therapist and reiki II practitioner, providing detailed anatomy questioning and key alignment awareness. The unique combination of her extensive qualifications, will provide your session with detailed knowledge of the anatomy & safe structural alignment in your asana postures.
1:1 - Who does it cater for?
Each 1:1 session is individual and unique to you. You will discuss objectives at the beginning of your first session. Diane will tailor your session to suit individual training and will also practise where improvements, relaxation and flexibility are needed. The understanding that you will leave with within each 1:1, is approximately equivalent to around 5/6 group classes that you would need to attend.

How much does it cost?
The first 1:1 is £75 then sessions are £60 per hour pro rata for a 1:1. Small groups, Hen do's, Sports clubs and groups can also be catered for, locally, nationally and internationally available.
