Diane Lee teaches three types of Yoga in Bath:
POWER RESISTANCE YOGA – This style combines the fluidity and strength required in the Ashtanga standing series, classical poses and Diane's uniquely developed Power Resistance Yoga. It can develop permanent flexibility and strength gains in all muscle groups that all other yoga styles may not deliver! Resistance yoga explained.
HATHA YOGA - Hatha yoga is the traditional form of yoga which combines the use of postures (asanas), with breathing technique work (Pranayama) and meditation. It can help to fight off infections and improve well being. Anyone in Bath can learn yoga in a safe and relaxing environment whatever their level, creating better balance, body and postural awareness.
HOT YOGA – Hot Yoga is a series of Hatha Yoga postures in a heated room of up to 105º. The series of Hatha yoga postures steadily help you experience: cardiovascular improvements, strength, stamina, core and restorative training, all in one sequence. The energy cycle works through a series of specifically designed asanas that induce heat, intensely stretch muscles in every part of the body and sequentially mirror the body’s meridian energy flow. Where the harder Yang energy works to stimulate and energise, the softer Yin aspect works in unison to calm and soothe. Hot Yoga is suitable for everyone. In a mixed class beginners will learn from those more experienced students as well as the teacher who will ensure you receive any required attention. Results are noticably quick. Hot Yoga is an amazing, fun way to experience all posture levels. Find out more here!

“I’ve been doing yoga with Diane for 5 years now and it’s still one of the highlights of my week. I always feel refreshed, stretched yet totally relaxed afterwards. I believe the yoga has helped me tone up, strengthened my core muscles and improved my posture. Diane is a wonderful yoga teacher: knowledgeable and tough but keeps it lighthearted and fun!”
