Diane Lee teaches two types of Yoga in Bath:
HATHA YOGA - Hatha yoga is the general form of yoga which combines the use of postures (asanas), with breathing technique work (Pranayama) and meditation. This traditional form of exercise can help to fight off infections by opening the airways, improve well being, improve core strength, flexibility and stamina. It is an opportunity for anyone in Bath to learn yoga in a safe and relaxing environment whatever their level, creating more balance, body and postural awareness.
POWER RESISTANCE YOGA – This style combines the fluidity and strength required in the Ashtanga standing series, the classical poses from Hatha Yoga, and Diane's uniquely developed Power Resistance Yoga. It can develop permanent flexibility and strength gains in all muscle groups that all other yoga styles may not deliver!
Drop-in £10 per yoga class or £90 for a 10 week course.
