Yoga Personal Training
Private tuition on a 1-2-1 basis is available for all standards and
is developed by agreeing joint aims & objectives. Courses with a
minimum of 6-8 weeks are recommended, allowing time for development and
continuity. You will have gained confidence in correct
postural alignment and should feel able to start practising positively
on
your own.
Prices based per hour. Recommended sessions last 90-120 minutes.
Yoga Personal Group Classes
If none of the Timetable classes
suit your wants and needs, and personal training is not an option, then
why not hire Diane for a
group
yoga class
in your own home!
This could be a wonderful way to gain plenty individual attention in
the comfort of your own environment or alternating between friend's homes,
at a time that suits you all.
All that is needed is enough space for a few mats to get started now!
Mats are provided, though for hygiene reasons are recommended you have
your own. |
