General class suitable for all levels.
This Hatha yoga class will combine Hatha yoga, the general form of yoga's postures, with breathing technique work. This will help to fight off infections by opening the airways, improve well being, improve core strength and flexibility. It is an opportunity for anyone to learn yoga in a safe and relaxing environment whatever experience they already have. It will also balance, twists and discussion to maximise personal attention to anyone attending.

Power Resistance Yoga
19th May - 14th July Incl. (x9 weeks £81)
6.30 - 8.00pm
Suitable for people with a general level of fitness, this fluid, dynamic style combines the Ashtanga Standing series, introduces resistance stretching to creates permanent flexibility and strength gains that all other yoga styles will not deliver.

SPECIALIST HATHA YOGA COURSE
A course of yoga based on classical Hatha yoga exploration, using the breath and postures to energise the body in a varied sequence of asanas (postures), combined with deeply relaxing, opening and rejuvenating breath work (pranayama). Yoga has the ability to transform patterns of thought and remove barriers through unblocking emotional and physical tensions created at work, in life from daily stress and anxiety and from general well being. It can remove negative outlooks and help remove psychological barriers which hinder our progress towards happiness.
No experience of yoga necessary, but a level of fitness for some of the sequence is required, and always consult a Doctor if you have reason to worry about any existing medical conditions.

WEDNESDAYS
Power Resistance Yoga

Power Resistance Yoga is a fusion of Ashtanga, Hatha and unique Meridien strength and stretch resistance work. Whilst elongating a muscle during contraction, we can start to permanently increase flexibility, as no other yoga offers!
Suitable for all levels though a regular practice is advised for continuity of the mind and body.
Drop-in £10. Mats available for use or to buy for £18.
Missed classes in the course, can be made up within the current course dates, or taken off payment for a Sports massage session.
