This enables her to focus on safe, functional and applicable yoga techniques for all abilities within Bath Yoga Classes, 1:1 sessions and sports teams. She organises uk wide workshops, weekend retreats and Yoga weeks worldwide.

As an obvious compliment to her yoga teacher training, resistance stretching techniques learnt in the USA Diane is one of the South West's leading Sports Massage Therapists.

She has trained with some of the world’s leading health and yoga providers.

Diane is one of Mens Health Magazine's chosen experts in her field of work. She writes regularly for this magazine and also 220 Magazine. She has modelled for her first triathlon DVD this year and has worked with British Triathlon, Volleyball and Bobsleigh.
